Please contact our customer service by e-mail sav@navailles.fr by indicating the 6-digit number that appears on the underside of each seat and also on the main components. This number allows us to determine the exact date of shipment of your seat. This date is used to determine the start of the 8-year warranty on your seat. Seat and backrest covers are not covered by the warranty.

STEELCUT TRIO :  La surface tridimensionnelle de Steelcut Trio ressemble à de petites pyramides ou des points d’acier. Malgré la complexité du tissage innovant, il présente un aspect simple et précis. Steelcut Trio est composé de fil teint et réalisé à partir de trois fils de couleurs différentes.

HALLINGDAL 65 : Hallingdal 65 est fabriqué en laine et viscose, deux composantes qui se complètent parfaitement : la laine assure une excellente résistance et confère une très grande souplesse tandis que le viscose donne de l’éclat et de la profondeur à la couleur.
