L’index égalité Femmes-Hommes au sein de la société NAVAILLES est de 80 / 100 au 1er mars 2023. Il était de de 72 / 100 au 1er mars 2020, de 74 / 100 au 1er mars 2021, et de 86 / 100 au 1er mars 2022, soit une diminution de 6 points sur l’exercice 2022. Les actions et mesures engagées pour améliorer notre index seront la mise en place d’objectifs de progression pour obtenir et dépasser un index de 85.
